Canadian constitutional lawyer, Rocco Galati, on behalf of Canadians William Krehm, and Ann Emmett, and COMER (Committee for Monetary and Economic Reform) on December 12th, 2011 filed an action in Federal Court, to restore the use of the Bank of Canada to its original purpose, by
exercising its public statutory duty and responsibility. That purpose includes making interest free loans to municipal/provincial/federal governments for “human capital” expenditures (education, health, other social services) and /or infrastructure expenditures.
It’s based on the old “Social Credit” ideals, resurrected and reformulated to fit the new “Solar Economy” to replace the old “Fossil Fuel Economy.”
As always the élite like to use Problem – Reaction – Solution to move their agenda, and why not, it’s worked for them for centuries.
Problem = Corporations and the present money system, created by élite.
Reaction = Occupy Wall St. and as many other streets as possible, funded by and controlled by élite.
Solution = New Global monetary policy, created by élite for their benefit.
This phony court challenge is nothing more than theatre used to move the world to a new environmental based monetary system. The new system like the last one, owned and controlled by the élite/globalists.

Michael Schmidt, raw milk advocate, sentenced today at the Ontario Provincial Court in Newmarket.
His sentence, one year probation and a fine of $9,150.00. I’m not sure what the terms of his probation are at this time, nor can I see any justification for the fine or the amount. Surely this “raw milk” fiasco has cost the taxpayer millions over the years. To what end or benefit has not been made clear either by the gov. or the court.
Mr. Schmidt has endured years of harassment by the Ontario gov., including a raid on his farm in 2006 by armed agents.
This is not about “harm” because there wasn’t any. No, this is about control of your property, “your body” of which the gov seems to think it owns. It does not. The gov does not have authority to decide what you ingest.
Therefore, Michael Schmidt’s “raw milk” campaign is not so much about whether “raw milk products” are safe, but about your rights as a private person.
I hope everyone continues their support of Michael and his work and in the end, may the people of Ontario and Canada learn from Michael’s example.

This is to let you know that Ignatieff was in Victoria yesterday, 13th November 2010 for one of his Big Red Tent, open mike sessions and I asked him the following question, almost word for word,
My name is Jeremy Arney and I live just up the road from here.
Thank you for coming here today Mr Ignatieff.
My question concerns Bill c-36 an act respecting consumer product safety.
Whilst we all acknowledge the need for protection from unsafe products, the Hazardous Products Act with a few simple tweeks could give us all that is needed in today’s market.
Bill C-36 initially introduced before the election of 2008 as Bill C-51 is designed to replace Part one of the HPA and is absolutely full of non safety issues.
The rule of law in Canada has always been innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, but in this Bill C-36 it is changed to guilty until proven innocent to the Minister of health without recourse to a court of law .
Even more important is the change to have foreign governments and bodies of foreign states make our regulations, and it is a short step to allow them to make the laws too.
In Bill C-36 section two under interpretations, government is defined as in subsection (e) a government of a foreign state or a subdivision of a foreign state, or in sub section (f) an international organization of states.
So under regulations defined in section 37 (2) this means that governments of countries like China, or Israel, or states such as Alabama or New South Wales in Australia, or even bodies such as WTO or WHO could easily be making regulations for Canada
In spite of attempts to ask questions not only of you sir, but of all MPs not one of you would address this particular issue either in the House or by letter, and now in just a few days Bill C-36 has passed through the House of Commons second reading, committee stage, and third reading by voice vote at an incredible speed . Now the problem is that once this precedent is set, it will be in the next budget and then our budget will be controlled by the World Bank and the IMF.
There is only one way left to stop this Bill, now that the Senate is a Harper rubber stamp, and that is for the House to close again for a change of government or prorogation, which ever comes first.
My question is :
Why did neither you nor your party see this danger in Bill C-36 which opens the door to foreign government’s controlling our Canadian regulations without parliamentary oversight?
Towards the end I had to stop him from getting up to interrupt or reply by saying ” not quite finished yet” and eventually he replied by saying:
“Here is a question from a Canadian who bothers to read the details and is concerned by what he reads, I thank him for that. I did not see the dangers to which you refer, sir, but if you would leave the details with my staff I will look again”.
to which I responded just before they cut off my mike, ‘thank you there are thousands of people who will want to know what you think’.
After the meeting I sat and invited his wife to chat and let her know, after the personal bits to get her comfortable with me were over, that not knowing if our messages were read or acted upon was very frustrating. She is a very pleasant woman whom I like. A worker was hovering, presumable to protect her from this chubby little old man and he gave me a card to ensure that I have access to the office of the official leader of the opposition. Make no mistake; even though this article reflects my personal opinion only, standing in front of a camera or in a room full of children and calling them “animals” is child abuse. And even though this is my opinion only and no charges have been filed, if calling children “animals” is not child abuse in your mind then there may be something wrong with your sensibilities.
On Friday, the thirteenth of November, The CBC radio program, “The Current”, had biologist and child abuser David Suzuki as its guest host. It is my opinion that calling children “animals” is child abuse. Well known biologist Richard Dawkins has called persons of faith child abusers for telling them there is such a thing as hell or a lake of fire but there are far more immediate consequenses to calling children “animals” and the consequences are manifesting in our societies at large.
David Suzuki used his time on the radio with an international audience to promote his religion of climate change and hatred of capitalism. Suzuki personifies the ridiculous. He expects the masses to embrace the false science of man made global warming which is nothing more than a tax-and-grab movement to fill the cauffers of the church of the modern philosophy of naturalism. This is evident in the discussion in case you have the stomach to listen to the child abuse spewing from the imbecile’s mouth. He does all of this with an apparent straight face in spite of the clear evidence pointing to the utter inability of human invovement to save even one walrus or move the thermometer even one degree.
A greater question I would like to pose is… why? Why are the people at CBC, which is totally tax-payer funded, allowed to promote this religion without any consequences? And why am I being forced to pay for it? This isn’t just any random radio station that you can turn off without any consequences. If I choose to ignore the employment of child abusers on the radio; radio that I’m being forced to pay for; and say nothing about it then I am complicit in what they are doing. I am complicit in the child abuse. For this I will not be held accountable. How about you?
I want to take this opportunity to thank the people of Quebec, for saving my country, for now at least. Without you, Harper would have his majority.
Harper did not get his majority, so Canada should be safe for the time being. It will be hard for him to push the NAU.
Dion did not win, so Canada won’t get hammered with a carbon tax.
May did not win her seat, so maybe she’ll shut up about the global warming fraud. Hell, maybe she’ll move back to her home country, the USA, and have Al Gore’s baby.
Layton never took the opportunity to speak out against the global warming fraud that was pushed by the Liberals and the Greens, nor did he take the opportunity to speak out against the NAU that Harper wants to institute. He remains a quiet traitor.
